Vivian Diaz - Emeritus Senior National Sales Director Before starting her Mary Kay business, Vivian worked as a legal secretary and also as a hairdresser. Her husband, Rudy, was working two part-time jobs in addition to his regular full-time job so that Vivian could stay home with their 2 year-old daughter while she was also expecting their second child. Feeling like a single mom, Vivian looked forward to the day when Rudy didn’t have to work so much to support their family and would be able to enjoy their daughter and their baby on the way. Little did she know that the Mary Kay opportunity would not only allow Rudy to quit two of his part time jobs and be home with the family more, but also have early retirement at the age of 55! Vivian and Rudy have enjoyed raising their three daughters; Kivian, Melissa and Christina, who are all married and raising children of their own.
Vivian started her Mary Kay business after attending an event where she saw a video of Mary Kay Ash awarding Pink Cadillac car keys to achievers. It was the vision that led her to an event where Mary Kay Ash awarded the use of the first Pink Cadillac in New York. Before the event, Vivian said a specific prayer asking God to not only allow her the opportunity to see Mary Kay Ash, but to also have a one on one meeting with her. Vivian explained that if she was granted this opportunity, then she would know that the Mary Kay business was meant for her. Vivian’s prayer was answered when she walked into an elevator that day and there was Mary Kay Ash herself! Vivian was immediately overcome by Mary Kay’s presence and told her that her goal was to one day earn a Pink Cadillac. Mary Kay told Vivian that she knew she could do it and believed that she would; her belief propelled Vivian into action and was the start of her incredible climb to the top! “There were a lot of circumstances that led to that meeting in the elevator,” shares Vivian. “It was divine intervention and it was the fruition of that specific prayer that confirmed my decision to start my Mary Kay business; and it continues to inspire me today.”

National Sales Director Ruth Everhart Before Mary Kay, Ruth earned her college degree and worked in Corporate America in the Market Research profession for 18 years. Ruth was introduced to the Mary Kay products and opportunity in the early 90s and became a Beauty Consultant for one year. She eventually stopped working her Mary Kay business and returned to being a loyal customer. In 2006, Ruth was looking to bring in extra money for her family and to make a change with her career. She decided to give Mary Kay a try for a second time in May 2006, and she is so glad she did.
She debuted as an Independent Sales Director on August 2007 and earned Dean’s List as the #1 Sales Director in her graduating class. She also achieved Fabulous 50s & Honor’s Society receiving $1,000 bonuses for each of these!
She and her unit have achieved FIVE Circle of Achievement levels from the $450,000 Unit Circle all the way up to the $650,000 Circle of Excellence. She & her husband enjoyed their 1st all expenses paid trip to Monte Carlo in 2012!
Ruth has earned many Cinderella prizes from Mary Kay including a beautiful $3,750 3-carat diamond ring from Mary Kay, a $3,750 travel voucher for her family, $3,750 cash bonus, six other gorgeous diamond rings and a diamond watch for being in the Queens Court of Sales 6x – once as a consultant and five times as a director, and many other prizes too numerous to list. She has been a Double Star Achiever 5x.
Ruth was nominated Miss Go Give in April 2013.
She has been a Star Consultant for 28 consecutive quarters since starting her Mary Kay business.
She has earned 6 Gold Medals.
She has earned Six Free Cars – four of which are Pink Cadillac’s (the first was earned in one year and one day from her very first MK party and 2 months after becoming a Sales Director).
She is earning a six figure income annually and her highest commission check to date is $13,290 in one month! (This does not include her product sales & free car).
She debuted as a National Sales Director in December 2013 with 24 offspring Sales Directors and 4 DIQs.
She thanks God, her fabulous NSD - Vivian Diaz, her amazing team of consultants, her offspring directors, and her family....Ruth has two children, Rachel (who is 18 and just became a Sales Director Dec. 1 and was Ruth’s last offspring Director to finish the National Area) and Matthew (who is 16), and the most supportive, encouraging husband in the world, Glen. Lisa-Marie’s mom invited her for some pampering with her beauty consultant, Ruth Everhart. They finally met after rescheduling 5 times because of Lisa’s busy schedule. Before Mary Kay, Lisa was (and still is) a fitness instructor, PTO President and self-proclaimed “volunteeraholoic”. At no time did she ever see herself starting a Mary Kay career, but after seeing the dramatic change to her acne scarred complexion, falling in love with the skin care products and attending a Special Guest event, Lisa decided to give Mary Kay a try in May 2007. She thought to give her new business six months to see if it was successful. Lisa worked her business as a business, listen to her Director for support and training and in less time than that Lisa earned her first of 8 Mary Kay Career Cars. Today Lisa is a top sales person in our National Area. She has earned Queens Court of Personal Sales for 7 years receiving beautiful prizes and diamonds. Lisa was selected by her peers and was chosen for the most prestigious award in Mary Kay as Miss Go-Give June 2015 in the Diamond Division. She was Ruth’s very first offspring Sales Director and debuted in March 2008 just 6 months after her first Mary Kay party and 10 months after becoming a brand new consultant. She is married to her husband Glen and they have 4 incredible children. The Hintze family is originally from Cranston, RI and now live in sunny Bradenton, Fl. Lisa is thankful and grateful to God to call this business her career and is excited to continue to pass it on as she reaches for the National position.

Orenda began her Mary Kay business only to help her friend Ruth Everhart become a Sales Director in 2007, but it turned out to be so much more! After selling $1800 at her first party and adding 5 team members in her first month, Orenda went on to become a TOP Sales Director and has earned 6 cars (4 of which are Pink Cadillac’s)! She has earned Queens Court of Sales 6 times and has been in the Circle of Achievement 6x with her highest being in the $500,000 Unit Club. Hannah was a kindergarten teacher prior to Mary Kay. She was introduced to Mary Kay by the mother of one of her students— that mom was SD Maggie Segneri! Hannah became a consultant in April 2012 and earned Queen’s Court of Sales in her first year. She debuted as a Sales Director in June 2013, and as a Senior Sales Director in December 2015. Because of the flexibility and income of her MK business she was able to leave her teaching position and become a work at home mom. She is proud to be in the $350,000 unit club. Hannah has earned three Mary Kay career cars and currently drives a Pink Cadillac! She is married to Chad and they have two children. From Parrish, FL.

Pam started her MK business for the second time June 2013. She debuted as a sales director one year later in June of 2014! Pam has earned 2 gold medals and is a member of the new director On the Move Club. Pam has also earned the use of the fabulous career car, the Chevy Cruz! Prior to Mary Kay, Pam was a stay at home, homeschooling mom to 2 amazing children, Lindsey who is also a beauty consultant, and Kyle. Pam has been married to her husband, Scott for 27 years! Valerie began her Mary Kay business on April 30th, 2012. She was working professionally as a Clinical Counselor, but was looking for a way to get tax write-offs through an in-home business. A few months later, her eyes were opened to the endless possibilities that were available to her by putting her Mary Kay business to work, and she debuted as a Sales Director on February 1st, 2013. She has earned 4 free cars, and is currently driving the Pink Cadillac. Valerie was named Rookie of the Year for the Diaz National Area in 2012 and again for the Everhart National Area in 2013. Her unit reached outstanding unit performance earning the $350,000 Circle of Achievement in 2014 and 2015. She is married to her amazing husband Zeb and they have a beautiful little girl, Sadie Rose. Valerie loves the freedom she has gained through her business and her passion is sharing this business opportunity with women and giving them a true opportunity to live out their greatest dreams.

Danielle decided to give the Glow and Tell challenge a try and after just 2 days decided she loved the product and began to share with others. After listening to the Mary Kay Opportunity in May 2015, Danielle decided to sign up as a Beauty Consultant as a hobby and for the girlfriend time. Within a few short months, Danielle earned her 1st FREE car and became a Independent Sales Director November 2015. Danielle has a Bachelors from Xavier University and is currently working full time at 5/3 Bank. Danielle resides in West Chester Ohio.
